Sport and Fashion: Zoo Stampede 2013

For me it is the first time I heard about this, but probably most of you already know everything about the Zoo Stampede. And would be nice if some of you that have already done this race will write something about it. I think that all those who love animals will be there, but all those hate the zoo won't...
The race is a 10km race, but there is a shorter one for those who simply want to walk. Both Stampedes ask you to raise money for the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) in order to help endangered animals around the world.
There are two Zoo Stampede in program: on 9th june in the Whipsnade Zoo (10 km sold out, few remaining places for the 2 km event)  and on 15th september in the London Zoo!

Per me è la prima volta che ne sento parlare, ma probablimente molti di voi sanno già tutto sullo Zoo Stampede. E sarebbe carino se qualcuno di voi che vi ha già partecipato volesse scrivere qualcosa in proposito. Credo che tutti i runner che amano gli animali ci andranno, ma quelli che odiano lo zoo non saranno presenti...
La gara è di 10 km, ma ce n'è un'altra più corta, di 2 km per quelli che vogliono semplicemente camminare nello zoo. Le iscrizioni agli Zoo Stampade raccolgono fondi per la Società Zoologica di Londra (ZSL) per aiutare la salvaguardia degli animali in via di estinzione

Ci sono due Zoo Stampede in programma: il 9 giugno allo Zoo di Whipsnade (i posti per la 10 km sono finiti e restano pochi posti per la 2 km) e il 15 settembre allo Zoo di Londra!

Para me es la primera vez que siento de esto, pero probablemente la mayor parte de vosotros ya sabe todo de lo Zoo Stampede.Y serìa amable si algonos que han hecho esta correra escriberan algunas cosa de ello. Yo creo que todos los que aman los animales seràn allì, pero los que odian lo zoo nunca iràn!
 La carrera es de 10 km pero hay tambien una mas breve por los que simplemente desean caminar. Los dos Stampedes recausan dinero por la Sociedad Zoologica de Londres (ZSL) por la proteccion de los animales en vìas de estinciòn in todo el mundo.
Hay dos Zoo Stampede in programma: el 9 de Junio al Whipsnade Zoo (10 km  vendido por completo pero hay algunos sitios por la 2 km) y el 15 septiembre por lo Zoo de Londres!

I didn't have time previously, but in my shopping tour I have seen - but not bought - this training shirt for man by Puma. It is a technical shirt, made of a functional material that keep you cool and dry during the training session.

I have bought my new running shoes, and in this wonderful world of running shoes, I have found a lot of name I have never considered before. I don't know why, but probably because when you like your running shoe you don't change it! Anyway, I have seen these Puma Faas. They are grat! Depending on the cushioning they have a different number, going from Faas 200 to Faas 900 (200 are for minimal ride).
The fact is that the less cushioning are really more fashion, so that I really like the Faas 200! But if you are a "normal" runner, it is better for you not to use them and address to the Faas 500 or Faas 600 that are cushioned.
They are in the picture! Don't you think the Faas 200 are really cool???

Ho comprato le mie nuove scarpe da corsa e in questo magnifico mondo delle scarpette da running ho trovato un sacco di nomi che prima non avevo mai preso in considerazione. Non so perché, ma forse perché quando trovi il tuo modello non lo cambi più! In ogni caso, ho trovato queste Puma Faas! Sono fortissime! A seconda del livello di ammortizzazione vanno da Faas 200 a Faas 900 (le 200 sono più minimaliste) . Il fatto è che queste scarpe meno ammortizzate sono le più fashion e le Faas 200 sono davvero belle! Ma se siete podisti "normali"dovete indirizzarvi verso le Faas 500 o le Faas 600 che sono ammortizzate. Sono in figura. Non trovate che le Faas 200 sono bellissime???

He comprado los nuevos zapatos para correr y en esto maravilloso mundo de zapatillas he encontrado muchos nombre que no habia nunca considerado antes. No se porqué, probablemente porque cuando te gustan algunos zapatos, no lo cambias por otros. Bueno, he visto estos Puma Faas. Son fabulosos! Dependiente de los amortiguadores, han diferente numero, y van da Faas 200 a Faas 900 (200 es por la carrera minimal). El problema es que los menos amoriguados son los muy fashion, y me gustan mucho los Faas 200! Pero si sois un corredor "normale" es mejor que non usais estos y usàis los Faas 500 o los Faas 600 que son amortiguados. Sono en foto: no creéis que los Faas 200 son maravillosos?

My BF called me yesterday and tells she had bought a punching bag. Well, at first I didn't realize why she wanted to hang a punching bag on her home's wall, but then she invited me and this morning I have done my first experience with boxing... WOW! It is amazing!!!! I have punched and kicked for half an hour and I was completely sweat, but I really enjoy!!!! So, what we need to train with a punching bag? First of all we need the gloves. If you look for woman gloves for box, you find a lot of pink gloves... But I prefere these violet in the picture! They are by Fighter Girls

La mia BF mi ha chiamata ieri e mi ha detto che aveva comprato un sacco da box. Beh, all'inizio non avevo ben chiaro perchè volesse fissare un sacco da box al muro della sua casa, ma poi mi ha invitata per stamattina e io ho fatto la mia prima esperienza con la box... WOW è fantastico!!!! Ho dato pugni e calci per mezz'ora almeno ed ero completamente sudata, ma mi sono divertita moltissimo!!! quindi... che ci vuole per allenarsi con il sacco da box? Mia BF me ha telefoneado y ha dicho que habìa comprado un saco de boxeo. Bien, al principio no me habìa dado cuenta de porqué querìa colgar un saco de boxeo a la pared de su casa, pero después ella me ha invitado y yo he hecho mi primera experencia con el box... WOW! Es increìble! He tirado puñetazos y patadas por media hora y yo era totalmente sudada, pero realmene me he disfrutada!!! Bien, ¿que necesitamos por entrenarnos con el saco de boxeo? Por primero necesitamos de los guantes por boxeo. Si buscaìs por los guantes de boxeo por mujeres, encontrais muy guantes rosa... Pero yo preferio estos de color violeta! Son de Fighter Girls

Sport and Fashion: Lottofsister!

When I was a child I have always played sport with my brother and my sister, such as so many children. Some brothers or sisters grow up togheter in sport and arrive to great levels. Such these sisters we dedicated this post to. But we are not dealing with the Williams. We are dealing with Agnieszka and Urszula Radwanska. They are very sport, and they are very fashion.

Da bambine ho sempre fatto sport con mio fratello e mia sorella, proprio come moltissimi bambini. Alcuni fratelli o sorelle crescono insieme nello sport ed arrivano ad alti livelli. Come queste sorelle a cui dedichiamo questo post. Ma non stiamo parlando delle Williams. Stiamo parlando di Agnieszka and Urszula Radwanska. Sono grandi sportive, e sono molto fashion.

There are a lot of people that in spring start running, but a lot more that start walking! I have seen so many of them walking all toghether and chatting and I think it is a great way to spend time with nice people and have some soft sport at the same time. She is not yet very famous, but we hope she will. She is a very good athlete, specialized in the 400 hs and this year she seem to be in top shape. She is Yadisleidy Pedroso, an italian athelte coming from Cuba, living in Salerno (south-Italy) with is husband -coach. She arrived third in the Diamond League meeting in Shanghai, with her personal best. She is Sport and she is Fashion!

Non è ancora molto famosa, ma speriamo lo sia presto. è un'ottima atleta, specializzata nei 400 hs e quest'anno sembra essere in ottima forma. é Yadisleidy Pedroso, un'atleta italiana di origine cubana, che vive a Salerno con il suo marito-allenatore. è arrivata terza alla tappa di Shanghai della Diamond League facendo il record personale. Lei è sportiva e fashion!

Hi everybody! This new post is for all those men that don't like the beach and the hot temperature and prefer go to the mountain. Not for a relaxing walk among the soft grass but for a climb on the hard rock!

Hola a todos! Esto nuevo post ed por todos los hombres que non aman la playa y la temperatura caliente y preferion ir a la montaña. No por hacer un paseo relajante, pero por una ascensiòn sobre la dura roca!

So you men must wear something really hard and comfortable at the same time. I have seen these below-the-knee-shorts and I really like them. Sport and fashion: Sport and Nails

I want to write this post because a couple of friends asked me "can we use make up for have a sport?"
Well... the answer is very complex, depending on what kind of sport you play, what kind of skin you have and how much you sweat...
But, more or less, almost all of us can use a water proof mascara and eyeliner pencil. But if you want to be really fashion during your train you should aim at other points: hairs and nail!
Because if your make up is upset you are orrible, but if your hair are a little bit messy after one hour train you can be fashion anyway! While for nails... well you can train tre days one after the other and they are still there! So... Focus on nails and try to have nails combined with the color of the tank, or hair clip combined with nails...and you will be sport and fashion!

Voglio scirvere questo post perchè un paio di amiche mi hanno chiesto "possiamo truccarci per fare sport?" Beh... la risposta è molto complessa, perchè dipende da che sport praticate, da che tipo di pelle avete e da quanto sudate...
Ma, più o meno, quasi tutte noi possiamo usare un mascara waterproof e una matita per occhi. Ma se volete essere davvero fashion durante il vostro allenamento dovete puntare ad altro: ai capelli e alle unghie!
Perchè con il trucco sciolto si è orribili, ma con i capelli un po' spettinati dopo un'ora di allenamento si può essere lo stesso fashion! Mentre per le unghie... beh, vi potete allenare per tre giorni di seguito e loro sono sempre lì! Quindi, puntate sulle unghie, e cercate di farle in modo che siano combinate con il colore del top o fate che i fermagli per capelli siano dello stesso colore delle unghie... così sarete sportive e fashion!

Quiero escribir esto post porqué un par de amigas me han preguntado "¿podemos maquillarnos por hacer deport?" bien... la respuesta es muy complicada, porqué depende da que deport estas haciendo, que tipo de piel habéis y de cuanto sudàis...
Pero, mas o menos todas nosotros podemos usar un rimel waterproof y un delineador. Pero si queréis ser realmente fashion durante el entrenamiento, tenéis que apuntàr otros objectivos: pelo y uñas!
Porqué si vuestro maquillaje es descompuesto vosotros sois horrible, però si el pelo es un poco desordenato después de una hora de entrainamiento, podéis lo mismo ser fashion! Mientras  las uñas... bien, podéis os entrañear por tres dìas consecutivamente, y ellas estan siempre allì! Por esto motivo, tenéis que centrar las uñas, y tenéis que pintarlas de lo mismo color de la camiseta o de las pinzas por pelo... y seréis deportive y fashion!
