Q: Carlotta, for the first time you can tell to a lot of girls about an experience they will do like you, or they are preparing for: the high school diplome. How many time you spent for study in this period and how do you expereince this?
A: I am devoting a lot of time to the study. I always consider a lot the school and the marks, so now I am committing fully to pass the diploma. At first I was very scared, I didn't know what it was about, but now I have faced the pre-examination and I feel more relaxed
D: Carlotta,
per la prima volta puoi raccontare a molte ragazzine un’esperienza che
anche loro faranno prima o poi, o che stanno per affrontare a breve come
te: l’esame di maturità. Quanto ti ha impegnato lo studio in questo
periodo e come stai vivendo questa esperienza?
R: Sto
dedicando tantissimo tempo allo studio. Ho sempre tenuto molto alla
scuola e ai voti quindi adesso mi sto impegnando per affrontare al
meglio la maturità. All'inizio avuto molta paura, non sapevo cosa
aspettarmi, ma adesso che ho già affrontato i pre-esami per accedere
alla maturità vera e propria sono un po' più tranquilla.
P: Carlotta, por la primera vez, puedes decir a muchas niñas sobre una experiencia que ellas tambien haràn o estàn haciendo en este periodo: el título de bachillerato. Cuanto has estudiado y como has vivido esta experiencia?
R: He estudiado muchissimo. Tengo mucho en cuento la escuela y lo estudio y por esta razon estoy trabajando duro por hacer lo mejor que puedo. Al principio era aterrorizada, pero ahora he hecho los pre-examen y estoy mas tranquilla.
Q: In Italy you are the most followed athlete and probably a lot of young girls dream to be like you: what do you want to tell to all the children that start to have sport and what to their parents?
A: First of all I would like to thanks all the people that support me, because thanks to them I am here now. The first thing I feel to say is: have sport with passion: sport must not be a burden, neither a stress. At every level, agonistic or not, the most important thing is to love what you do!
D:
In Italia sei forse l’atleta più seguita e sicuramente molte ragazzine
sognano di diventare ginnaste brave (se non famose) come te: Cosa ti
senti di dire a tutte le bambine e i bambini che iniziano a fare sport e
ai loro genitori?
R: Innanzitutto vorrei ringraziare tutte le persone che mi
sostengono, perché è anche grazie a loro se sono qui adesso. La prima
cosa che mi sento di dire è: fate sport con passione, non deve essere un
peso e non deve stressarvi troppo. A tutti i livelli (propaganda o
agonistica) la cosa più importante è avere amore per quello che si fa.
P: En Italia es probablemente la atleta mas seguida y muchas niñas sueñan ser como te. Que quieres decir a todos estas niñas y a los progenitor?
R: Por primero querrìa agradecer todos los que m apoyan, porqué es gracias a ellos que yo estoy aquì ahora. La primera cosa que quiero decir es de hacer deporte con passiòn, porqué el deporte no debe ser una carga o stress. En cada nivel (agonistico o no), el deporte debe ser querido
Q: In hard time, what helps you to go on?
A: My Obstinacy!! Ahahah... I am not a person that give up easily; If I can not do a thing I try and try again till I do it. It is true: somethime it is hard to rise after a bad moment, but you must always find the strenght to do it and persuade we can do it!
D: Nei momenti di difficoltà e di scoraggiamento cosa ti aiuta ad andare avanti?
R:
La mia testardaggine!! Ahahah Non sono una persona che ama arrendersi
facilmente; se una cosa non mi riesce la provo e la riprovo finché non
ce la faccio. E' vero, a volte è difficile "rialzarsi" dopo un momento
di scoraggiamento, ma bisogna trovare le forze e convincersi che
possiamo farcela.P: P:Cuando eres en momentos dificiles que te aiuda por seguir?
R: La mia Obstinaciòn!!!! Ahahah... no se una persona que desiste facilmente. Si no puedo hacer alguna cosa intento y intento otra vez hasta que la he hecha. Es verdad, a veces es dificìl encontrar la fuerza por pararse después de un momento dificil, pero tienes que pensar que puedes hacerlo!

Q: Which are your projects for sport, university and holiday after the diploma?
A: It is too early fo tell something about this. This year has been very complex for both school and train. The only thing I am sure about is I will continue to train at high level: my next goal are the World Championship in september. As regard the study, I would like to attend university, but - i repeat - it is early to speak about it.
D: Quali sono i tuoi progetti sportivi e di studio (e di vacanza) per il dopo-maturità?
R:
Ancora è presto per dirlo. L'ultimo anno è stato molto caotico tra gli
impegni scolastici e alcuni cambiamenti in palestra. La cosa di cui sono
certa è che continuerò a fare ginnastica ad alti livelli, il mio
prossimo obiettivo sono i mondiali a settembre. Per quanto riguarda lo studio, mi piacerebbe frequentare l'università, ma ripeto ancora è
presto per parlane.
P: Cuales son tu proyectos de estudio, deporte y vacaciones despuès de bachillerato?
R: Ahora es precoz decirlo. Esto año ha sido muy compligado por la escuela y por el entrenamento. Soy pero segura que continuarè el entrenamento en alto nivel, y mi siguente meta serà el Campeonato del Mundo en septiembre. Respecto a lo estudio querrìa ir a la universidad pero - nuevamente - es precoz hablar de esto.
Q: You are always in contact with your fan, you always answer to their messages... How much they help you to be who you are now and how much you help them in show yourself so "human and reachable" and not a dream far to reach?
A: They really help me a lot. After a logn and hard day, read their messages make me happy. I like make them part of my life and they do the same, asking advice not only about sport, but also on everyday life! I am really lucky to have fan like them, so "close" to me :)
D:
Sei sempre in contatto con i tuoi fan, rispondi ai loro messaggi…
Quanto ti hanno aiutata a diventare quello che sei e quanto invece pensi
di aiutare loro con il mostrarti “umana e raggiungibile” e non un
personaggio lontano da raggiungere?
R: Mi hanno aiutata tantissimo. Dopo una lunga e
stancante giornata, leggere tutti i messaggi dei miei fan mi fa
ritornare il sorriso e l'allegria. Mi piace renderli partecipe della mia
vita e loro fanno lo stesso, mi chiedono consigli non soltanto riguardo
il mondo dello sport ma spesso anche della loro vita quotidiana. Sono
fortunata ad avere gente del genere "vicino" a me :)
P: Es siempre in contacto con tu fan, respondes a los mensajes... Cuanto te han ayudado a ser lo que eres y cuanto tu has los ayudado siendo asì "humana y accesible" y no un sueño lejano?
A: Me han Ayudada muchissimo! Después un dìa duro, leer los mesanjes de los fan me da felicidad! Me gusta que sean parte de mi vida y que yo sea parte de sus: me preguntan consejos sobre de deporte pero de vita cotidiana también! Tengo suerte en haber estos fan tan "cerca" de mi :)
Q: What do you think when you fly and what when you fall down?
A: The first thing is to touch down without pain!!!! Ahahah When you do suche difficoult movement you must evaluete every single movement, otherwise you really can hurt yourself. For other answer you shoul wait until my book will be available in bookstores, as its title is exactly "What I thing when I fly". To fall down is probably the thing I hate more... I really get angry with myself when I fall down!
D: cosa pensi quando voli e soprattutto cosa pensi quando cadi?
R:
La cosa immediata che mi verrebbe da dire è: ad atterrare senza farmi
male!!! Ahahah quando fai dei movimenti difficili devi calcolare ogni
singola mossa perché corri il rischio di farti male sul serio. Per il
resto dovrete aspettare l'uscita del mio libro a settembre che si chiama
proprio "Cosa penso mentre volo". Cadere probabilmente è la cosa che
odio di più al mondo. Mi arrabbio tantissimo quando cado, soprattutto
con me stessa.
P: Que piensas cuando volas y que cuando caes?
R: La primera cosa que pienso es tomar tierra sin lastimarme!!!! Ahahah cuando haces estos movimientos dificiles debes calcular todo, porqué te puedes realmente hacer daño! Por otros pensamiento tenéis que esperar mi libro que se llama "Que pienso mientras volo". Caer es probablemente la cosa que odio mas de todo... Me siento muy rabiosa conmigo cuando caigo!
