Ok, girls, the warm season is coming and in few time we all will train with shorts and top. But first of all we must have a good BRA! The bra for training MUST be confortable and practical. I really suggest the sports bra because today they are so cool that when is really hot you can use this alone anything else on the top. BUT... for this you must have a really nice bra. And of different colour depending on the bottom part and on the humor of the day!

Ok ragazze, la stagione calda sta arrivando e tra poco noi tutte ci alleneremo con pantaloncini e top. Ma prima di tutto dobbiamo prendere un buon REGGISENO! Il reggiseno da allenamento DEVE essere comodo e pratico. Io suggerisco i reggiseni sportivi perchè oggi sono così spettacolari che quando fa veramente caldo potete usarlo senza niente altro sopra. MA... proprio per questo dovete avere un reggiseno davvero carino. E di colori diversi, da scegliere in base al panta o all'umore del giorno!
