What I really like of Jillian Michaels is her way of be always so sport and fashion. 

She can train or simply following your training, but she will always be perfect in her elegant simplicity. 

She doesn't need anything else but her smile and her capability of involve everybody in the training!

Another great female star in these Iaaf World Chiampionship 2015 in Beijin has been Blanka Vlasic. 
Not only for her performance, but especially for her false eyelashes. 
 

To be honest I really don't like her, but I must admit that she is a great fashioned athelte. She is always well combed and she use a really strong make up. So, for those that think that make up and sport can not live togheter, here it is a great demonstration that this is not true. 

 
Her eyelashes are false, black and massive, and underline her icy eyes and contribute to give to Blank Vlasic a royal deportment.

Sport and Fashion: Dibaba and the others

During the IAAF World Championship in Beijing we all have seen that athletes are more and more fashion. Sprinters, jumpers and long distance runners, too, don'to go on the track if they are not with their make up on, with wonderful nails and well groomed. So, great athletes can be sweaty, but always fashion. And I really like the natural make up of  Genzebe Dibaba, a great champion and sister of other champions, too.

She use just a little make up, and focus on her hairs, long and really voluminous, altough the intensive training she has everyday. Probably she can tell us which is her secret!

And what about the flower crown of Shelly Ann Fraser and of some other jamaican athletes?
They are really fast and fashioned atheltes, and they really like to be a little fancy!

Sport and fashion: make up

Always more frequently, women go for running or for other sport with their make up on. This is a wonderful idea, because be sporty doesn't mean be slovenly. But it is important to be very carefull in the choice of the make up, also depending on which sport and in which season. 



 
So, the best choice is always a waterproof mascara and a slight line of kajal or eye-liner. So doing all the skin is free to sweat but the beauty of the woman is safe. And, if possible, use some hair-accessories or a nice hairstyle, to be really sport and fashion, just like Darya Klishina do!
