Sport and Fashion: Vision Tank

The weather is so curious in this period, so that it is hot and cold in the same day, and you must have both summer and fall clothes available! So, if you start a gym class or a yoga class you need tank, yet, while if you run in the sunrise it could be breezy and you could need a jacket!
As I really love summer and summer clothes, I am still clung to the last hot days and I want to suggest a really fashion tank, the Vision Tank by New Balance. There are three colours available, red, blue and black. I really love the black, probably you know I a for the total black look, but we must be honest: the other two colours are really glamour, too!



Il tempo è così strano in questo periodo, così che fa caldo e freddo nello stesso giorno e bisogna avere a disposizione sia i vestiti invernali che quelli estivi! Così, se andata in palestra o a fare yoga avrete bisogno di una canotta, mentre se uscite per correre all'alba potrebbe fare fresco e potreste avere bisogno di una giacca di tuta!
Poichè io adoro l'estate e i vestiti estivi, sono ancora ancorata agli ultimi fiorni di caldo e voglio suggerirvi una canotta davvero fashion, la Vision Tank della New Balance. Ci sono tre colori disponibili, rosso, blu e nero, I adoro la nera, probabilmente molti di voi sanno che io sono per un look total black, ma dobbiamo essere onesti: anche gli altri due colori sono veramente glamour!

El clima es curioso in este periodo, asì que es caliente y frio lo mismo dia y tenéis que haber disponibles los trajes veraniego y invernales! Por esta razon, si sempezàis clas de gym o de yoga, necesitàis una camiseta, pero si vais por jogging a la albadora necesitàis una chaqueta!
Pero como yo amo realmente el verano y los trajes veraniego, soy aun aferrada a estos ultimos dìas veraniegos y quiero sugerir os esta camiseta realmente glamour, la Vision Tank de New Balance. Sport and fashion: Sunrise and Sunset

The Fall is coming and the light during the day is changed. For all those people that train during the Sunrise or in the evening at Sunsetin the street it I recommended to put something on that allow to see you in few light. And, especially in the morning when it is not so hot no more, that protect you from little wind or not-so-hot temperature. L'autunno è alle porte e la luce durante il giorno è cambiata. Per tutte quelle persone che si allenano all'alba o al tramonto in strada, io raccomando di indossare qualcosa che permetta di essere visti anche con poca luce. E, specialmente al mattino, quando non è più così caldo, di proteggere dal vento o dalla temperatura più fresca.  El otoño esta proximo y la luz esta cambiando. Por todas las personas que hacen entrenamiento en la alba o durante la puesta del sol, recomendo de ponerse algo que permite de ver os con la poca luz.Y que, especialmente la mañana cuando no es mas asì caliente, os protege por el pequeño viento or la baja temperatura. Sport and Fashion: back to swimming pool

In Fall we all are full of good sport intention. For jogging, for dance classes for swimming and so on... Today I want to dedicate this post to those women that want to sign to the swimming pool. So, how to be fashion with water, the chlorine and the swim cap? You have to concentrate on the swimsuit. It MUST be fashion, and with nice, intense colours. In Autunno siamo tutti pieni di buone intenzioni. Per fare jogging, per i corsi di danza, per il nuoto e così via... So, some people ask me what kind of apparel they had to put on for jogging in this period. It is not so hot no more, but I think this is the best period to catch a cold! I have found these very nice suit by Erreà Republic, I hope you like it!
On top you can still use a tank, and you can choose between the three colours of the Angelica Vest.

Alcune persone mi hanno chiesto che tipo di abbigliamento devono indossare per correre in questo periodo. Non fa più così caldo, e questo è il periodo migliore per prendere il raffreddore! Ho trovato questi completi molto carini di Erreà Republic, spero vi piacciano!

Algunas personas me han preguntato que clase de ropas tengono que ponerse por hacer jogging en este periodo. No es mas asì caliente, y esto es el mejor periodo por pillar un resfriado! He encontrado estos trajes muy bonitos de Erreà Republic y espero que os gustas!

I think all people over 40ies remember when we all put the fleece on the shoulders or on the side... well, forget about that, because the fleece you will find in this fall 2013 will be modern, and glamour!
